Africsearch recruits operations supervisor description du poste / fonctions / attributions : purpose of the job to ensure that site operations are run in accordance with company policies and procedures with regards to personnel, equipment, qhse and customer relations. job accountabilities/key responsibilities adhere to company’s qhse and bop policies and procedures on sites. delivers agreed contractual power production to the customer. maintains power production reports. maintains all equipment in accordance with standard work instructions. manages site expenditure ensuring adherence to approved local purchasing procedures. ensures optimum stock levels of spares and consumables for site. manages core return policy maintain good working relationship and ensure regular communication with client. conduct hse and operational audits. responsible for ensuring monthly hse committee meetings are held on site. manages personnel and sub-contractors on site. conduct daily meetings: assign tasks; review powerpack and outstanding actions. conduct daily site inspections. regular reporting to direct manager. conduct induction, performance appraisal, development and training of all site personnel. conduct all fleet verification, stock and cable counts. ensure that the permit to work system is implemented and adhered to. ensure all equipment meets the calibration standards and maintains records as per procedure. completes risk identification, spillage, incident and accident reports. manage 5s across site. continuous improvement through pcat process. desired behaviors courage and conviction. relentless preparation drive for results holding people accountable. building capability. compelling communication leading others safety of self and others. description du profil du candidat : person specification/job requirements engineering/technical background. frequent international travel and remote living. strong development and coaching skills. planning and organizing oral and written communication. customer focus act as a hse role model and promote prevention amongst others. able to motivate and lead site personnel 5-10 year experience in similar position informations supplémentaires : prière d'adresser votre candidature à africsearch@educarriere.net en précisant en objet l'intitulé du poste.
